Why I am Waiting
1. Okay so the cover addict within me is screaming for this and going completely fan girl on this cover!
2. Though I found similarities to Alice in Wonderland, what I found with the first one was a loose take on it, with its own twists.
3. I am so ready to read more on Alice and see her kick some weird zombie butt!!!

ReplyDeleteI just traded someone for the first book in the series, and now I really want to read it. Usually I'm not a zombie-reader, but I love Wonderland enough to give it a go. Great pick!

ReplyDeleteI'd gotten the first book right away because, well, with a title like Alice in Zombieland how could one not want to read it?
I did like it. Not as much as I was hoping I would be I still liked it.
It was 70% weird and 30% good but in a good way, I guess. The more I thought about how weird it was, the more I liked it. I actually like it more now that I've thought about it.
The titles and covers are so wonderful.
And the author is so nice and awesome (she has an address on her website where you send a pre-paid envolpe and she'll send you back a signed book plate. And for that, I love her).
I LOVED Alice In Zombieland! One of my favorite books. I am looking forward to Through the Zombie Glass for pretty much the same reasons. Alice In Zombieland was actually my first zombie book. It didn't make me crazy about zombies but I liked Showalter's take on zombies.
