Well that's it this week. What do you think?! PLEASE leave a link so I can visit what you got this week :)
Of Poseidon? Tricia Rayburn's Siren series? :)
ReplyDeleteI suggest you Monstrous Beauty by Elizabeth Fama :)
ReplyDeleteTempest rising by Traci Deebs and its sequel Tempest unleashed , i admit i don't know a lot about mermaids book
ReplyDeleteMonstrous Beauty! It sounds amazing and I already have my copy pre-ordered. <3
ReplyDeleteI finished Sweet Venom last week and really liked it!
ReplyDeleteHave you read the Siren series by Tricia Rayburn? I love it and think it is seriously underrated!
Worldshaker, Liberator by Richard Harland
ReplyDeleteor
Reswyt, Nekhet by David Mayer
- Alyssa Susanna
Loved WAKE! Hope you enjoy it. And I'm jealous of GLITCH - I've heard amazing things! Enjoy all of your lovely books! :)
ReplyDeleteI am ordering Dark Inside this week!!! :) I think you are missing The Lost Voices in your picture of Mermaid Books ..... I thought I saw that on your shelf....
ReplyDeleteOh and tell me how you like Sweet Venom!
The only mermaid book that I've read is Hannah(Daughters of the Sea, #1)by Kathryn Lasky I thought it was a pretty cute book. :)
ReplyDeleteI love that you have a shelf just for mermaids! You need to add Fathomless by Jackson Pearce.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Monstrous Beauty by Elizabeth Fama! It's supposed to be a huge DARK mermaid book that's awesome. I can't wait to read it for myself!
ReplyDeleteIf not... Tangled Tides by Karen Amanda Hooper. (I think that's the author at least.) Other mermaid books because I love them too: Tempest Rising by Tracey Deebs and Teeth. The author of Teeth is escaping me completely, but the cover is silver and scaley. Enjoy!
I haven't read it, but I heard Of Poseidon by Anna Banks was good.
ReplyDelete~Lesley D @ Lesley's Reading Heaven
Cinder by Marissa Meyer.
ReplyDeleteI haven't read it yet, but seems promising.
I heard Monstrous Beauty was a really good one.
ReplyDeleteFor your mermaids shelf you should give Of Poseidon by Anna Banks a try. It's actually pretty good. My favorite mermaids series though is the Syrenka trilogy by Amber Garr ( Goodreads) I thought it was amazing.
ReplyDeleteMermaid books? I've read Ripple by Mandy Hubbard, Tempest Rising by Tracy Deebs, The Mermaid's Mirror by L.K. Madigan and Sea Change by Amiee Friedman. Ripple was is a good stand alone and a quick read. Tempest Rising is really good. The Mermaid's Mirror was good and bitter sweet. I really liked Sea Change and wanted more. Too bad it's a standalone :(
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting to read Of Poseidon, Monstrous Beauty and Tangled Tides.
The only mermaid book I ever read was Forgive my fins but you already have that so I'd recommend Ingo by Helen Dunmore, a lot of people seem to like it. I love your shelf I wanna have enough book one day to seperate them by genre like that :)
ReplyDeleteWOW! I don't think I have ever read a mermaid book. I might have to check them out. I do have Wake on my shelf to read.
ReplyDeleteSuggestions...no clue you have probably already read everything I would think to suggest. My top choice I have read this summer would be My Life Next Door. It was great!
Of Poseidon by Anna Banks! Amazing book! It's actually the only mermaid book I've read, and I loved it!
ReplyDeleteI don't remember reading one... You could try Ingo by Helen Dunmore, Sea Change by Aimee Friedman or Sirena
ReplyDeleteby Donna Jo Napoli. They have intriguing blurbs from what I've read on goodreads :)
The Madly series by M. Leighton is awesome!
ReplyDeleteMermaids are books I have found I can't get into for some reason but I really want to try! Lies Beneath and Wake are ones I really want to try. The only one I can suggest that I have read is Sprite by Leigh Micheal I really enjoyed it :)
ReplyDeleteSo for the mermaid books I definitely think you need to add Fathomless by Jackson Pearce - wicked awesome!!! Then also Monstrous Beauty by Elizabeth Fama - absolute must read! and finally Everblue and Evergreen by Brenda Pandos. These are all my top favourite mermaids books!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd can I just say how much I love your shelf with mermaid books?! WOOOOW!!! :D Wrecked looks wicked awesome, eh?!
So many great books!!! I'm practically drooling..
ReplyDeleteYou might also like The Siren by Kiera Cass.
ReplyDeleteI read Become by Ali Cross, aaahhhmazing!! I am in awe of all the books!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any mermaid books yet, but I've heard Monstrous Beauty and Fathomless are good. And I think they both just recently came out. Enjoy! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe only one I can think of is Of Poseidon by Anna Banks. Bewitching by Alex Flinn has some mermaid in it.
ReplyDeleteOf Poseidon and Tangled Tides
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've read any mermaid books.
ReplyDeleteBut I have read Glitch and liked it. Good luck.
You should read Of Poseidon it's really good. :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the Siren Series by Tricia Rayburn, it's amazing!! I've read Ripple and Wrecked too. They were both OK books. :)
ReplyDeleteGlitch! <3333 Great books this week Tiff!! Love you to pieces!! <3333 *hugs*
ReplyDeleteYou should read Drowning Mermaids (Sacred Breath, #1)and the Siren Series by Tricia Rayburn :)
ReplyDeleteOf Poseidon by Anna Banks!
ReplyDeleteGlitch!! Aaah I so want to read it!
ReplyDeleteRead What's Left Of Me by Kat Zhang it's supposed to be AMAZING! And if u haven't read Delirium or Divergent..go now!!
ReplyDeleteMonstrous Beauty is a great book! I would also suggest Shade for YA and The Sterkarm kiss for adult. :)
ReplyDeleteOf Poseidon looks AMAZING. Last year I read Tempest by Traci Deebs and although I didn't like it, you might since your a mermiad fanatic :) Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI've been hearing a lot of good things about Monstrous Beauty by Elizabeth Fama, and I've read Of Poseidon and liked it. Renegade by J. A. Souders features an underwater utopia, but I'm not sure if its mermaid.
ReplyDeletei loved the vicious deep
ReplyDeleteOf Poseidon I think it would be the best choice :D
ReplyDeleteSince you love mermaids, you should read Of Poseidon! I'm sure you'll love it as much as much as I do!
ReplyDeleteAlthough it's got nothing to do with mermaids, you should definitely read the Infernal Devices series, if you like the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. I love it!
You really should read Of Poseidon and Monstrous Beauty!! They are awesome mermaid books :)
ReplyDeleteI would highly recommend the Crossroad series by Mary Ting its AWESOME!! Also anything by H.M. Ward, her Demon Kissed series is great and she has some adult stuff that's good too!
ReplyDeleteBrittany S
I haven't read this yet, but I own it on my Kindle--The Mers. It's a mermaid dystopian novel! :D
ReplyDeleteI haven't found any mermaid books that I like yet but I haven't attempted a lot of them. Of Poseidon has been suggested to me several times though.
